Commercial Concrete & Coatings

Commercial Concrete & Coatings done right the first time

Commercial concrete works hard and cannot be out of service for long. Warehouse and shop floors take forklift traffic and chemical spills, parking structures crack and spall as water and vehicles wear at them, sidewalks along the street lift into trip hazards, and expansion joints fail and leak. Property managers and business owners need the repair done right, on a schedule that keeps the building open, by a contractor who communicates, shows up on time and leaves the site clean.

Rogue Valley Concrete Pro does commercial and industrial floor coatings, structural repair and restoration across Southern Oregon. We handle annual restoration work in parking structures, on tight schedules inside active, high-traffic facilities, and our job photos include commercial parking garage floor coatings and a concrete beam wrapped in carbon fiber. We also repair city right-of-way sidewalks and pour new commercial flatwork. Floors are ground or shot-blasted clean before coating, and we use systems from Sika, Sherwin-Williams, Tremco and Watson Bowman. Our crew is licensed, bonded and insured, Oregon CCB #260341.

  • “I hired Concrete Coating Enterprises LLC to do extensive concrete work on my family’s historic 1920s log cabin, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The cabin had significant cracks and issues with its original concrete floors. They removed the damaged sections, properly prepared the foundation, and poured new concrete in the kitchen and dining areas. They also created beautiful custom brick landings, curved steps, and charcoal-colored concrete walkways incorporating original natural stones from our family property. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are outstanding! What I appreciated just as much as the quality of their work was their excellent communication, reliability, and professionalism. They showed up when expected, kept me informed throughout the project, listened to my ideas, and worked with me to achieve the look I wanted. Renovating a cabin over 100 years old comes with unexpected challenges, and they handled the work with care, patience, and pride.”

  • “I had collected about three or four different estimates and Tim's price was lowest. I determined to see why it was lowest and see if I could endure that. Instead, what I discovered is Tim's job was way more than anybody else was offering instead of setting a 6 inch beam in my Spa slab. He said a 12 inch beam and he increased the rebar to half inch. But it really impressed me was another job he did for me on the sidewalk where the same as with the spa he used 4 inches of crushed rock compacted before he lay his forms out and then instead of using wire he actually use rebar. Basically he's an old-fashioned guy working in today's times where his work is more important than his profits.”

  • “Tim was undoubtedly our best choice for a concrete floor on which to build a shed/storage building. They not only arrived on time and as promised, but their staff was always very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Best of all, they did an exceptional job. In the end, the concrete floor turned out even better than we expected, and they also left our backyard spotless after packing up all their tools. We would definitely hire Concrete Coating Enterprises again and highly recommend them.”

  • “This company is very professional and finished the job quickly. Tim is honest and knowledgeable as he addressed any questions in a timely manner. He even came back a couple days after the concrete hardened and pressure washed both areas at no cost. Thank you!”

Questions

Commercial Concrete & Coatings FAQs

How does Southern Oregon weather affect commercial concrete?

It speeds up wear, mainly through water and temperature swings. Wet winters push water into cracks and joints, frost on the valley floor and freezes at higher elevations break the surface, and hot, dry summers with strong UV break down exposed sealers and coatings. Sound joints, sealed surfaces and UV-stable topcoats keep repairs from coming back.

How much does commercial concrete work cost?

It depends on the square footage, the condition of the concrete, the coating or repair system the use calls for and how the work has to be phased around your operation. We give you a free estimate after seeing the site, and we accept credit cards.

Can you work while our facility stays open?

Yes. Our parking structure restoration work is done on tight schedules inside active, high-traffic facilities, so we plan the work in sections and keep the rest of the site in use. We build the schedule around your hours and traffic.

What coating works for forklift traffic and chemical spills?

A full industrial coating system over ground or shot-blasted concrete, not a paint. The base and topcoat are chosen for the traffic and chemicals on your floor, using systems from manufacturers like Sika and Sherwin-Williams. We recommend one after seeing the floor and how it is used.

Do you repair parking structures and parking lots?

Yes. We repair spalled and delaminated concrete, replace expansion joints, coat parking garage floors and reinforce beams with carbon fiber. Parking lot cracks are routed and sealed, and broken sections are removed and replaced.
