Concrete Garage Floors
Concrete Garage Floors done right the first time
A garage floor takes more than parked cars. It gets oil and antifreeze drips, road grit and winter water off the tires, floor jacks and tool chests, and in a shop, heavy equipment. Over time it cracks, the surface flakes and pits, stains soak in, or a section settles and holds water. On rural Southern Oregon properties the garage is often the shop too, so the floor has to handle real work. The fix might be a repair, a new surface or a new slab, depending on what is wrong underneath.
Rogue Valley Concrete Pro repairs, replaces and coats garage floors across Southern Oregon. Coatings are our specialty: decorative flake, metallic epoxy and colored quartz systems under a clear polyurethane or polyaspartic top coat. Our work includes a home garage floor coating and floor coatings in commercial parking garages. Every coated floor is diamond ground or shot blasted clean first, which is what makes the coating stay down. We repair cracks by epoxy injection or polyurethane filling, patch spalled areas, and break out and pour new floors when a slab is past saving. Our crew is licensed, bonded and insured, Oregon CCB #260341.

Cure and clean up
We give the floor a proper cure, clean up, and tell you when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.
Customer reviews
What our customers say
“I hired Concrete Coating Enterprises LLC to do extensive concrete work on my family’s historic 1920s log cabin, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The cabin had significant cracks and issues with its original concrete floors. They removed the damaged sections, properly prepared the foundation, and poured new concrete in the kitchen and dining areas. They also created beautiful custom brick landings, curved steps, and charcoal-colored concrete walkways incorporating original natural stones from our family property. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are outstanding! What I appreciated just as much as the quality of their work was their excellent communication, reliability, and professionalism. They showed up when expected, kept me informed throughout the project, listened to my ideas, and worked with me to achieve the look I wanted. Renovating a cabin over 100 years old comes with unexpected challenges, and they handled the work with care, patience, and pride.”

“I had collected about three or four different estimates and Tim's price was lowest. I determined to see why it was lowest and see if I could endure that. Instead, what I discovered is Tim's job was way more than anybody else was offering instead of setting a 6 inch beam in my Spa slab. He said a 12 inch beam and he increased the rebar to half inch. But it really impressed me was another job he did for me on the sidewalk where the same as with the spa he used 4 inches of crushed rock compacted before he lay his forms out and then instead of using wire he actually use rebar. Basically he's an old-fashioned guy working in today's times where his work is more important than his profits.”

Pool deck extension & resurfacing · Google review of Concrete Coating Enterprises
“Tim was undoubtedly our best choice for a concrete floor on which to build a shed/storage building. They not only arrived on time and as promised, but their staff was always very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Best of all, they did an exceptional job. In the end, the concrete floor turned out even better than we expected, and they also left our backyard spotless after packing up all their tools. We would definitely hire Concrete Coating Enterprises again and highly recommend them.”

Questions
Concrete Garage Floors FAQs
Repair, coat or replace: which does my garage floor need?
Coat it if the slab is solid and the problems are cracks, stains or a worn surface, which we repair first. Replace it if the floor has settled, broken into pieces or holds water. We tell you which your floor needs when we look at it.
How does Southern Oregon weather affect a garage floor?
Mostly through what your car brings in. Winter rain, and snow at higher elevations like Shady Cove, Prospect and Butte Falls, drips off the tires, and road grit wears the surface. Water that sits in cracks and freezes widens them over time. A sealed or coated floor keeps water and grit on top, where you can sweep or rinse it off.
How much does garage floor work cost?
It depends on the size of the garage, the condition of the slab, how much crack and spall repair it needs and which coating system you choose. A full tear-out and new pour is a bigger job than repairing and coating a sound floor. We give you a free estimate on site, and we accept credit cards.
Why do some garage floor coatings peel?
Almost always because of prep. A coating rolled onto concrete that was not ground or blasted has nothing to grip, and hot tires pull it up. We diamond grind or shot blast every floor before coating, then put down primer, base coat, the decorative layer and a clear top coat.
Can you pour a new garage floor?
Yes. We break out the old floor, haul it off, correct the base and pour new concrete with a rebar grid, sloped toward the door. Once it has fully cured, we can coat it too.
